Dr. Minsky has been providing comprehensive psychological services for adults, couples, and adolescents for more than 35 years. She specializes in the treatment of dysfunctional couples and offers marital therapy, including communication analysis, enhancement of intimacy, and alternatives to separation and divorce. She provides psychotherapy for individuals with a broad diagnostic spectrum, including the following: depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorders, sleep disorders, eating disorders, and personality disorders. She specializes in the treatment of women with depression and comorbid hormonal/menopausal issues, and memory impairment. Dr. Minsky sees patients with weight management and nutritional issues as well as various comorbid medical illnesses. She has 2 Master’s Degrees and a Ph.D. in Psychology. In addition, Dr. Minsky obtained a Post-Doctoral M.S. Degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology from the California School of Professional Psychology/ Alliant International University and training as a Medical Psychologist. She has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level at several universities as well as provided supervision and consultation for postdoctoral residents.
