I believe in a person-centered approach to helping others. No one knows you as well as you. My role is to collaborate, encourage, and offer a perspective and possible tools to help you design a life that better meets the results you sought therapy to help accomplish.
I have ten years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and groups in achieving their goals through the practice of various modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, solution-based Therapies, and Experiential and Mindfulness practices.
At this time, my work is primarily focused on helping individuals and couples who are facing challenges with depression, anxiety, anger management, relationship issues, as well as other concerns and stressors that come with everyday living.
